Ultra fun modern home in quiet Boise neighborhood. Perfectly situated 15 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the airport, and a few miles away from movie theaters and dining. Modern Family Friendly Boise Home with a Pool.
Pets must be pre-approved. We have size and breed restrictions so please get your pets pre-approved before booking. Once approved we charge $25 per night per pet. 2 pet max.
No parties or events!
No swimming or hot tubbing is allowed after dark or 8pm, whichever comes first.
The pool and hot tub were installed in the fall of 2020 and neither have known issues. However, due to the nature of pools and hot tubs mechanical issues can arise. Please be advised that if there are pool or hot tub issues which prevent you from using them during your stay no refunds or discounts will be provided. Additionally, if weather is not suitable for swimming or hot tub use no refunds or discounts will be provided.
To ensure the safety and security of our home we have cameras on the front exterior. We also use AirBnB approved devices from NoiseAware inside and outside of the home to ensure that quiet time hours are being observed and that reasonable sound levels are maintained at all times. These devices do not record audio, they monitor the decibel levels and send me a text if the sounds inside (and outside) of the home reach an unacceptable level.
No speakers outside of the home, this includes the pool area.
Please drive no faster than 15 MPH in our neighborhood! There are several kids in the area who play outside.
No shoes in the house.
Only park in our driveway, garage or in front of our home. Never park in front of neighbors homes.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside of the home.
Please do not wear shoes in the home.
Please do not bring food or beverages to the bedrooms.
Parking of trailers, campers or RV's is strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours are observed between the hours of 9pm and 8am.
Our internet is awesome! However, if there are any issues with the internet due to an outage, router issue or slow or non-existent upload or download speeds for any reason no refunds or discounts will be provided.
To protect everyone involved we ask that our guests e-sign a contract prior to checking in to ensure all of the safety and hospitality guidelines are understood. We also require government issued photo ID prior to check in. Thanks!

Summary: Loved our stay at this house. This property was way more than I expected and so much space. Home was modern, clean and so enjoyable. The owners helped us and communicated with us whenever we needed and were amazing. Would love to make this an annual vacation spot.
